I Love My Wedding Album!

While photographs are the most obvious way to preserve wedding memories, there are specific strategies required to ensure that your prints and album have an extra-long shelf life:
The reason you have to do it is because compiling and packaging carefully your photos will prevent common damage such as yellowing, fading, or disintegration. When you weave the photos together, it’s a beautiful way of telling a story — and you’ll be able to pass the memories on to your kids.
Your photographer will work with you to decide on images and determine the progression and design of your album.
If you can’t afford an album (the ones that you find in big and important shops), if budget is a problem, put money into prints: have fiber prints made and then buy an archival box to store them in until you have the funds to purchase a book.
Acid-free paper is supposed to last from 75 to 100 years. Be sure to keep your wedding album in a cool, dry place, away from bright sunlight.

Good Tips for a Wedding Video

Wedding videos has become a special part of the planning since it gets unique moments of your wedding.

Companies such as ‘You May Now Kiss The Bride’ offer video recording for weddings. So, the advantage is that these kinds of companies come in complete equipment when doing their coverage. High-definition cameras, tripods, tapes and lighting equipments are brought along by the crew.

The wedding film covers different stages of the wedding. Since the first moment when the bride and groom are getting ready to the end of the wedding, including, of course, the time the entrance of the bride, the exchange of vows and rings and the moment they kiss. These are the precious moments that the couple would want to look back twenty years later.

Wedding videos are produced after the raw videos are edited and rendered. The filmmaker, then, catches the most important scenes accompanied with excellent music.

Capturing your wedding in a video is definitely a fabulous way to remember a special day.

Jake Owen "Kissed the Bride"

Jake Owen is a married man! Jake Owen and his fiancée, Lacey Buchanan, said "I do" on Monday morning in a sunrise ceremony in his homeland of Vero Beach, Fla. They were accompanied her family, with Lacey's sister serving as her ‘maid of honor’ and Jake's twin brother as the ‘best man’.
“My life has always been about keeping things simple, and I don’t see either one of us spending a long time planning a wedding,” he told Country Weekly. “We are both from Florida, so we are thinking it will be a cool, laid-back sunrise service on the beach. We might have a guy playing a little nylon-string guitar or something. I bet our wedding doesn’t last for more than 10 or 15 minutes. We love the idea of starting the day fresh … a dawn-of-a-new-day sort of deal.”

Spring is a time of new start and renewal. Besides is a far third place behind summer and autumn. This is good news if you're planning a spring wedding, as more vendors will be available. Great!
If you're considering a spring wedding, start out by thinking about your favorite parts of the season. Maybe you'll want to have a wedding early in the season, and offer the breathing space of floral abundance and warmth when guests come in from the cold.
Try to find a versatile dress that can be paired with a wrap if you're cool, yet is still light and fresh. Most wedding dresses seem made for a spring wedding. That’s perefect!
Pick dresses with sleeves on them, give your bridesmaids wraps to wear as their bridesmaid gift, or go for a classic look.

Mariah Carey's Renewal Vows

Nick Cannon “Kiss the bride”, Mariah Carey, again.
For the fourth time, the couple exchanged vow, celebrating with an “intimate ceremony after a romantic dinner at the gorgeous ‘Jules Verne’ restaurant,” says the couple’s spokesperson.
The 42-year-old Grammy-winning singer looked spectacular in a white mermaid frock with a black bow wrapped around her waist as her 31-year-old husband of four years put on a white suit. The most romantic part of the renewal was when he got down on one knee once again during the intimate affair.
Carey and Cannon wedded in the Bahamas in 2008 after a brief romance that began just months earlier. Carey gave birth to their twins, Moroccan and Monroe, last April.

Wedding Colors About You

The colors you choose for your big day reflect your personality and style.  Colors can change moods and emanate sensuality, security, and youthfulness. Your wedding day colors speak volumes about you and what you hold dear. We have listed some wedding color choices and what they say about you.
White: purity and innocence, white has strong connotations of youth and perfection. White is a wonderful hue that symbolizes a clean palette or fresh start for those who seek peacefulness and harmony.
Black: Dignified and mysterious, black denotes sexiness and sophistication with a modern twist.  Black is classic, never trendy, alluding to a modern bride. Black is timelessly elegant, as an sumptuous choice.
Pink: this sweeter side of red is a softer, girlish choice. A delicate hue, pink represents a sensitive heart that is affectionate and nurturing. The bride surrounded with this color has a maternal grace and compassion and a desire for protection.
Red: A passionate, romantic choice, red is impulsive and outgoing. Red symbolizes love and rage. Whether it denotes joy, celebration, happiness or prosperity, red elicits a dramatic response from both sides of the emotional spectrum. Red is sure to represent a fiery hostess.

The abovementioned list of colors is not strict rules or character definitions, but rather is designed as an indicator of what is important to you.

It’s true, plain weddings can bring conflict and fear. But when you're the World's Most Glamorous Couple, with six kids and a library full of other issues, it's even more severe.

Top 5 Best Wedding Movies

Top 1: My Best Friend’s Wedding

Julianne Potter (Julia Roberts), a 27-year-old restaurant critic, receives a call from her longtime friend Michael O’Neil (Dermot Mulroney). In college, they made an agreement that if neither of them were married when they turned 28, they would marry each other. Three weeks before her 28th birthday, Mike phones Jules to tell her that he is marrying Kimberley Wallace (Cameron Diaz), daughter of wealthy Red Sox owner Walter Wallace. Mike tells Jules that he needs her so she flies to Chicago. She hopes to finally say goodbye to the man of her dreams, but she ends up falling in love with him again just as he is planning to marry Kim. Jules hatches a secret plan to get Mike fired from his dream job and pretend Kim’s father wanted him fired so Mike would have to work for him and Kim would be able to study. Mike gets fired and decides to call it quits with Kim. Jules sees her opportunity, but feels horrible about betraying her best friend. Jules confesses her feelings to Mike on the day of his wedding. She kisses him and Kim sees. Jules realizes Mike is not in love with her and she goes to find Kim before it is too late.

Top 2: Love Actually (2003)

Eight couples loosely related to each other, all dealing with love troubles a month before Christmas in London.  These people range from the Prime Minister to a writer, to a stand-in, to a musician and others.  All of their stories show the different sides of love and that it doesn’t always mean the same thing.

First off, this movie has a huge cast and that is what drew me to it, especially Bill Nighy.  I have been watching a lot of his stuff recently and I can safely say I am a fan of his work.  The scene that stood out to me was the wedding scene in the beginning of the film where the choir sings to the newlyweds (including Keira Knightley) and then a full on jazz band pops up in the stands throughout the song.  I thought that was a nice touch, and well played on the part of the best man.

Top 3: Bride Wars

Bride Wars is the story of two best friends planning their weddings.  They both wanted to get married at the Plaza Hotel in June 6th.

They hire the most expensive high end-most effective wedding planner but because of a “little detail” lands over the most expected moment of their lives, they become more than enemies.

Top 4: The Wedding Singer.

Robbie Hart(Adam Sanler) is a really talented wedding singer who, paradoxically, is left standing at the altar on his own wedding day. Convinced by his friends to go back to work, Robbie makes friend with Julia Sullivan (Drew Barrymore), a waitress who works at the reception hall where he sings, and who is engaged to the wrong guy. As Robbie helps Julia plan for her wedding, they begin to fall in love for each other. When both of them find someone to marry and prepare for their weddings, it becomes clear that they've chosen wrong partners.

Top 5: Valentine’s Day

Gary Marshall's romantic comedy Valentine's Day goes behind two dozen people navigate Valentine's Day from early morning until midnight. The several characters include a very busy florist (Ashton Kutcher) and his schoolteacher best friend (Jennifer Garner). She's having an affair with a married doctor (Patrick Dempsey). For the time being, a businessman (Bradley Cooper) and a military captain (Julia Roberts) on leave share a long conversation during an international flight. There's also an elderly couple (Hector Elizondo and Shirley MacLaine) who are caring for their elementary school-age grandson, who is pining for a classmate and missing his mother. The very big cast also includes Jamie Foxx as a local TV personality, Topher Grace, Queen Latifah, and Anne Hathaway.
